Terms of Service
By using SilverSmart.ai and booking sessions with us, you agree to the following terms.
Sessions & Cancellations
- Sessions are 30 minutes unless otherwise arranged
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your Calendly confirmation link
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be counted as a used session for paid plan subscribers
- No-shows without notice may forfeit that session
Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please reach out and we'll make it right
